Refund policy
1. Cancellations and Returns
1.1. Cancellations: You may cancel your order with a full refund up to 4 days before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellation requests after this time may not be accepted. Cancellations are at Desire Cakes' discretion.
1.2. Returns: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and food standard safety, perishable goods are non-refundable and can not be returned. We cannot accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may re-send your order ASAP. As all our items are edible and perishable goods, we do not offer refunds in any other circumstances.
1.3A.Faulty Returns: Returns are at Desire Cakes' discretion. We will evaluate your return request. When requesting a return, please get in touch with us via desire.cakes@yahoo.co.uk with your inquiry and images of the faulty goods. We need pictures of the product to investigate your online purchase.
1.3B. If your refund has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and your refund will be processed in 72 business hours. The refund payment will be processed using the credit card/original payment method.
1.3C. Replacement Product: If you request this option instead of a refund, you can also request a replacement of the same item. When requesting a replacement product, please get in touch with us via desire.cakes@yahoo.co.uk with your inquiry and images of the original faulty goods. We need pictures of the product to investigate your online purchase. We will be in touch to evaluate your request within 72 business hours.
2. Any errors by customers such as wrong address entered, incorrect delivery address, order of wrong item, ordering incorrect amount, ordering incorrect flavour and any other order error on behalf of the customer will not be eligible for a refund or a replacement order.
2.B If customer notices an error with their order on their behalf, please contact and alert us of the error, we can adjust your order up to 72 hours before the delivery date - Any later after 72 hour period, we may not be unable to adjust your order in time for delivery.
