Desire Cakes – December Giveaway (Friday 5th & Saturday 6th December 2025 Competitions)

Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition, entrants agree to be legally bound by the following terms:

1. Eligibility

1.1. Entrants must be 18 years or older.

1.2. Entrants must live within the 26-mile delivery radius served by Desire Cakes (Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Herefordshire and neighbouring qualifying areas).

1.3. Entrants must be able to provide a valid delivery address within this radius at the time of claiming the prize.

1.4. Entries from addresses outside the delivery radius will be invalid and disqualified.

1.5. Employees, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, close family members, and friends of Desire Cakes, or anyone professionally connected to the business, are strictly prohibited from entering.

1.6. Desire Cakes reserves the right to request address verification before a prize is issued.

2. Competition Period

2.1. The competition opens on Friday 5th December, and closes on Sunday 7th December at 11:59pm.

2.2. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted under any circumstances.

3. How to Enter

Friday Competition – Cookie Selection Box

3.1. Like the competition post.

3.2. Follow Desire Cakes Instagram Account.

3.3. Bonus entries awarded for tagging friends (each tag counts as an additional entry for both parties).

Saturday Competition – Treat Selection Box

3.4. Follow @desirecakes on Instagram.

3.5. Sign up to the Desire Cakes newsletter through the official link.

3.6. Failure to complete all required steps for an entry will result in disqualification.

3.7. Duplicate accounts, bot accounts, or suspicious activity will result in permanent disqualification.

4. Prize Details

4.1. Friday prize: 1 × Cookie Selection Box voucher.

4.2. Saturday prize: 1 × Treat Box voucher.

4.3. Prizes are issued as voucher codes redeemable only on the Desire Cakes website.

4.4. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any alternative product, credit, or monetary equivalent.

4.5. The prize voucher cannot be applied to any order already placed, partially paid, or paid in full.

4.6. Vouchers are valid for the redemption of the specific prize item only and cannot be used toward shipping upgrades or additional items.

5. Redemption & Delivery

5.1. Voucher orders must be placed through the Desire Cakes website only.

5.2. Orders must be placed by 20th December to guarantee Christmas delivery.

5.3. Delivery is restricted to the 26-mile radius; if a winner places an order outside this area, the order will be cancelled and the prize withdrawn.

6. Winner Selection & Contact

6.1. Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries.

6.2. Winners will be contacted on Tuesday 9th December via the official Desire Cakes Instagram account.

6.3. Winners will be contacted via direct message. Desire Cakes is not responsible for messages that go unseen due to inbox settings.

6.4. Winners must respond within 48 hours. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions

7.1. Desire Cakes is not responsible for technical issues, failed entries, or errors beyond its control.

7.2. Desire Cakes reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the competition at any time without liability.

7.3. Entry implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
